Our staff members are at the heart of The Inspired Mind! We intentionally build a team of caring, creative, and enthusiastic adults who believe children learn best through curiosity, creativity, and connection.

More than instructors, our “guides on the side” encourage children to explore, ask questions, solve problems, and build confidence. Every team member is carefully selected, completes all required clearances, and receives training in our philosophy, child development, and safety practices.
