Here are the job positions we currently have available:
* Assistant Experience Guide- This is our entry-level position for team members who help create a fun, safe, and creative environment for children. Experience with children, such as babysitting, Sunday school, caring for siblings, etc. are a good match for this role.
* Experience Guide- These positions are for our front-line facilitators who engage children, lead experiences and activities, and help kids explore, create, problem-solve, and build confidence. More formal experience with children is a good match for this role.
* Experience Leader- Our on-shift leaders are people who support and supervise the team of Assistant Experience Guides and Experience Guides. They help manage the guest experience, handle day-to-day challenges, and make sure everything runs smoothly. Previous experience in leadership positions is the best match for this role.
* Welcome Guide- This role is mostly takes place at the front desk and primarily focuses on welcoming families into our space by answering questions, managing check-in and sets the tone for the experience at The Inspired Mind.
We believe in recognizing the value of our staff, so compensation is commensurate with education and experience.
Presently, we will be scheduling programs in our registration system where parents/guardians can make reservations. Our School Break Adventures programs take place on days off from elementary school and shifts can start at 8:00 AM and run through 6:00 PM. Open Play and Birthday Parties take place on the weekends and can be offered anywhere from 9:00 AM through 5:00 PM. We will also offer Preschool programs and Family programs both during the week and on the weekends. Staff will be able to select the shifts that work best with their schedule. We are able to accommodate both consistent schedules and needs for flexible scheduling; this can be discussed more at the interview.
Positions are available on a part time or as-needed basis; applicants who are looking for full time work can indicate that on their application and have an individual conversation with the Human Resources Coordinator.
